to hearing from you! We are located in northcentral North Dakota on a 200 acre farmstead. Our pups are priced according to quality and on a first come, first serve
basis. We require a $300.00(pet quality), or $500(show/breeding prospect), nonrefundable deposit on each pup
and will only accept a money order or cashiers check. This also applies to any payments made and final payment of pup. Customer
will receive a written receipt. A written 5 page contract with health and genetic guarantees up to 2yrs old ,
an immunization record, copy of pedigrees, OFA certifications, AKC reg. application, crate training tips, toy, and puppy
pack with food come with each pup. Plus we give follow up training tips and offer a lifetime of breeder support!
We also have the ability to email pictures
of our pups to our customers so that they can see exactly what they are purchasing, plus we can email our puppy contract with
all guarantees for viewing before purchasing(contract on our site also). We strive to put the right Rottie pup with the right
prospective owner, by doing temperament tests on all babies and evaluating them from birth on. All customers are screened
through emails first and then phone calls to ensure our pups are placed in a good, loving, home. We DO NOT sell
to "BROKERS, PET STORES, OR PUPPY MILLS!!!"
We are now shipping pups throughout
the USA with Northwest Airlines. Pups are 8 weeks old with 2nd set of shots/multiple wormings, come with a crate, and
also have a vets health certificate(plus all of the above listed). Shipping runs approx. $280 per pup(plus price
of pup). We also do ground delivery partway for a reasonable gas fee to all states surrounding N.D. Please contact us
